Our mentorship program is designed to meet you where you are in your professional journey through three distinct pathways. We offer occasional skill boosts through workshops and seminars as well as peer to peer mentorship where grad students collaborate on data analysis and reviews to improve research outcomes. For those seeking more guided growth, our fledgling mentorship pairs you with someone a step ahead to help you discover your path. Regardless of the track, mentorship is always mentee driven and success relies on your proactive engagement with your mentor with due decorum. Please note that because our mentors are volunteers, mentees will be onboarded based on the availability of mentors.
